At this time, we operate primarily online, allowing us to offer a wide variety of products delivered directly to your door.

Absolutely! We offer custom company apparel, employee uniforms, promotional merchandise, event apparel, and branded gifts for businesses, schools, churches, sports teams, and organizations.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. Bulk pricing may be available for large orders, corporate apparel, promotional products, fundraisers, and event merchandise. Contact us for a custom quote.

Can I see a proof before my custom order is made?

For most custom business and logo orders, a digital proof can be provided upon request before production begins.

Shipping Questions

How long does order processing take?

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Personalized and custom products may require additional production time.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–14 business days after they have been shipped.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email provided during checkout.

Why did only part of my order arrive?

To provide a wider variety of products, we work with multiple production and fulfillment partners.

Items purchased in the same order may be produced at different facilities and shipped separately. As a result, you may receive multiple packages on different days.

If part of your order arrives first, the remaining items are likely still in transit and will arrive separately.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping may be available on select products. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Can I return a personalized or custom-made item?

Due to the personalized nature of custom products, personalized and custom orders are generally non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item

We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once an item enters production, cancellation may no longer be possible.
